Life in the Waiting
My life is not on hold.
This is life, there is life.
Life in the waiting.
I embrace this uncertain state.
There is so much potential for life,
Life in the waiting.
If I wait for life to begin,
Its inception will pass me by,
Without the life in the waiting.
I firmly grasp the temporary,
I seize the air.
For I will miss it blowing
Through my hair.
When I miss life in the waiting.
